Shipping Policy

Juste Merveilleux partners with Post AG Austria and DHL for shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.

Standard Shipping via Post AG Austria:

Orders within Austria: Estimated time 1-2 business days after order is dispatched @ free shipping.
Orders within the EU (including UK):
Estimated time 3 business days after order is dispatched @ 9.99 EURO
Orders outside the EU (international):
International orders estimated time 8 – 10 business days @ 25 EUR. Shipments outside EU countries may be subject to customs or duty and local taxes upon arrival in your selected country. We are under obligation to adhere to these surcharges and are not liable for any extra incurred costs.

Shipping via DHL Express:

Orders within the EU (including UK):
1 business day (24hrs from dispatch) @ 20 EURO
Orders outside the EU (international):
International orders estimated time 3-5 business days @ 25 EURO. Shipments outside EU countries may be subject to customs or duty and local taxes upon arrival in your selected country. We are under obligation to adhere to these surcharges and are not liable for any extra incurred costs.

All our delivery estimates commence from the date of dispatch by the courier. We will not be liable for any delays and cannot guarantee any arrival dates as the dispatch process is solely controlled by the courier company, and entry points to your country via customs. This also applies to remote locations where delivery services are limited in availability.

We are not liable for any lost or missing packages that have been delivered to a building, office or public institution (e.g. an office block). Each order is limited to one shipping address. Should the Buyer require an order that will need to be shipped to multiple locations, then the Buyer will have to place an individual order for each location. All our orders are insured from the time it is dispatched from our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door. Every order delivered will require a signature of receipt, which then instantly signifies fulfilled and successful delivery. Once an item has been shipped and the receipt has been signed by the Buyer, the onus of responsibility of these products passes onto the Buyer.
