RETURN POLICY

 

Sometimes the fit might not feel exactly right. That’s why at Juste Merveilleux, we are more than happy to accept exchanges on any garment that has not been worn and is still fitted with all the original security ribbons and labels. This only applies to any items dispatched to us by you within 14 days of receipt.

The exchange process takes around 2-3 working days, exclusive of the delivery time to your area. Please note that Juste Merveilleux does not cover the shipping costs on returned items. Please ensure that you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and that you identify the items you would like to be replaced.

Your return can be exchanged for any size or item that is currently in stock.

If the replacement item costs less than the original, don’t worry. Juste Merveilleux will ensure your happiness and refund you on your original payment method. You also have the option to refund your original purchase item and then simply purchase the new, lower-priced item.

  1. All products specified on www.justemerveilleux.com is sold according to the Buyer’s specific requests. Accordingly, orders made or to be made through www.justemerveilleux.com are exchangeable and refundable only under strict conditions. The Buyer accepts and declares that they do not have the right to return and exchange the purchases made from Juste Merveilleux if they do not fall under these conditions:
    • Do open and check the packages that you think may be damaged during the shipment in the presence of the company representative. Should there be any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery of the product by attaching a report of damage to the carrier company. Please note that after the delivery of the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties. Return of used and damaged products is not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product to the condition it was delivered to, and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.
    • For unspecified orders, they are produced and sent according to the size they have already been accepted and ordered on the internet. Refunds/exchanges of products shipped within this framework are not accepted due to ‘body incompatibility’.
    • Damaged or defective products at the time of delivery of the order can be returned by filling out the return and exchange form. Returns are made through the E-commerce department. There is no refund for products that have been modified, tailored in any way. The right to return damaged or defective products opened and controlled during the cargo company delivery is reserved. Our company does not cover the cost of cargo due to this process.
    • Carriers to return – use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
    • Sale items – Items purchased while on sale can only be refunded by a credit note for use on our online store, and will not be paid back in cash.
    • Refund of product without the original issued invoice is not accepted.
  2. The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw or terminate the contract. If the fee specified in the contract is received in the form of prepayment and subsequently withdrawn from the contract, this prepayment will be received in the form of a cancellation fee.
  3. Refund Procedure on Request for Return:

The products that you want to return will be refunded to your credit card within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with the conditions of return, and you will be notified of the Provision Code by mail. The refund is to be reflected in your statement within the framework of your Agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for refunds that are not reflected on your statement. The taxes and expenses paid at customs (customs duty, value-added tax, excise and compensatory taxes etc.) arising from the delivery of the service delivery are entirely the responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the issue of refund.
